日系ゼネコンと共同で、東南アジア諸国（タイ、インドネシア、フィリピン、ベトナム）に、新規建設会社の設立を目指している。
弊社のパートナーである建設会社は、工場建設以外にも、商業施設や住居用建築物など幅広い分野の物件建設を得意としている。
現在、プロジェクトは第1フェーズにあり、物件建設には必須となる、以下の様々な設備のローカルサプライヤーを探索し、各社との関係の構築を進めている。

We are currently planning to set up local company in four countries in Southeast Asia (Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam) by partnering with a Japanese general contractor.
Our partner is a contractor who has strength not only in factory construction but also in commercial building and high-rise residential building in Japan.
The project is currently in its first phase, where we search in each market for suppliers of various systems as below that are essential for building construction, and then aim to build a relationship with them;
air conditioning system
electric system
water supply system
drainage system
fire prevention/suppression system, etc.
